November-December "Online Holiday Shopping" Pam Kiecker discusses use of electronic shopping on a VNR prepared by Circuit City. (Editors can pick up and show the pieces of the release they want to use. There is no one version of the story.) Tracking through A.C. Nielsen indicated that parts of the VNR aired in 512 newscasts across the U.S. with a combined audience of 8,557,753 viewers.
