AN ALUM’S LETTER FROM IRAQ
Hi, all! Attached are a couple of pictures taken recently on one of our big missions. Since we spend the evening in our vehicles in the communities, we try to mix with the local population the curfew kicks in. The kids are what it is all about and I am referred to by the Iraqi's as "Jiddoo" which is an Iraqi term for grandfather. They are a very family oriented culture and have great respect for their elders. These kids were following me around everywhere, which I enjoy, but the main thing is to stimulate continued trust for us and the fact that we really aren't that bad after all. Hope everyone is well and hope to see ya'll soon. Take care and God Bless W.C. Fowlkes
