We are excited to announce the creation of our
departmental newsletter, Market Place. This newsletter is a valuable
tool for providing you with updates regarding activities within the
Marketing (MKTG) Department and in the VCU School of Business. In the 08-09
academic year, we will be highlighting the theme of communication by
launching several new forums of connecting with our alumni, students,
faculty, staff, and business collaborators. Our initiative to improve
communications will build upon the School of Business' efforts to enhance
its communication strategies as demonstrated by the recently re-vamped
school website.
In addition to continuing our regular activities
facilitating student learning, faculty research, and community partnerships.
we will be doing many things to enhance our department's communication,
student recruitment, and the curriculum. We invite you to contact us at

ideas.
