Student Organizations

Students should consider participating in one of the student organizations related to the major. These include the Society for the Advancement of Management (SAM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Delta Sigma Pi.

Work Experience

Students are encouraged to gain work experience by participating in internships and cooperative education programs. The VCU Career Center and School of Business Career Center provide information about available opportunities.
