Taylor Named New Center Director

Robert W. Taylor, MAI, SRA has been named Director of the Virginia Real Estate Center, a research arm of the VCU Real Estate and Land Development program. The Center was created in July 1981 to research, publish and distribute reports and bulletins on real estate and mortgage financing topics of concern throughout Virginia. An active real estate professional, Taylor was with Knightm, Dorin & Rountrey from 1991, and previously with Rountrey and Associates and First Performance Mortgage, in Richmond

He graduated from VCU in 1983 with a BS in Business Administration and Management, and then joined the County of Henrico as a real estate appraiser. Taylor is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the International Right of Way Association, has been published in The Appraisal Journal .
