annual convention.

Presentation at seminar of the International Monetary Fund. The presentation,
A Model for Testing the Viability of a Deposit Insurance Scheme,
was made to a group of senior staff members of the IMF and the World Bank.
It was based on a paper prepared by Dr. Murphy and Dr. Leonard Lapidus,
an independent consultant based in Washington, D.C. The model was developed
for a project funded by the World Bank, and drew heavily on the skills
developed in VCU classes by a graduate student, Cameron Cross.
