    Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt Programs are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30, and take place at Center for Corporate Education Training Center, Snead Hall, 301 West Main Street, Richmond, VA 23284. Project Management Program will run Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

  • $2,495 for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Program

  • $3,000 for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Program

  • $3,400 for Project Management Program
  • Companies are encouraged to send a team; multiple registration-pricing available upon request.

    The fee includes tuition, books, instructional materials, lunch, and snacks

    Refund Policy
    VCU Center for Corporate Education's refund policy states that program registrants unable to attend will receive a refund under the following conditions:

    • 2 weeks prior to the event - registration cost minus 30%
    • 1 week to 2 weeks prior to event - registration cost minus 50%
    • Less than 1 week prior to event - no refund given

    This training will be done in a hands on environment using PE's Lean Six Sigma case study, where students will actually operate and improve a business while doing course work.

     Students will be required to do a Lean or DMAIC project and submit to VCU/PE for certification.
