lRich Chvala, Director, The Center for Corporate Education
Rich directs the corporate and business training interventions for the School of Business, serves as facilitator and executive coach for many of the center's clients.  Rich's specialty focus is strategy, marketing tactics and leadership processes. Formerly with Ethyl Corporation, Rich was their director of the Ethyl Marketing Forum, designed to create leadership teams for each of Ethyl's five spin-offs. Rich continues leadership and strategy programs with several Global 1000 clients through the Wharton School's Strategic Management Group and VCU School of Business.
 
lTomTom Newton, President Renaissance Leadership
Tom Newton is an organizational development professional.  He specializes in working with "enlightened" senior leaders and their teams focusing on improving bottom line results by helping to leverage the strength of the individuals within the team. Tom helps leaders, individual contributors, and teams "experience" the behaviors that help bring an organizational vision to life.  He acts as coach and catalyst in helping business leaders create and sustain high performance.

 
lTomVan Wood, Philip Morris Professor of International Marketing
Dr. Wood is the Chair of the International Marketing Program at VCU School of Business and leads the International Business program. 

 
lWeivong Zhang
Wieyong is a native of Shanghai, China.  He is currently an assistant professor at Virginia Commonwealth University.  His research interest is Six Sigma and process improvement.  He has studied how world-class companies used Six Sigma or other improvement programs to achieve business excellence. Prior to join the Virginia Commonwealth University, he has worked as a consultant at China Hewlett-Packard, providing services on Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Supply Chain Management to multinational companies including General Motor, Volkswagen, Lucent, Samsung, and Ericsson.

Hardy Niu
Hardy NIU is currently serving as a Lectuer  and associate dean at the School of International Business, Beijing Foreign Studies University.  He teaches Institutional Analysis & Public Economics. He is currently working on the conflict on formal and informal institutions in China. Now he is a visiting faculty in VCU

Richard Chai
Richard Cai is currently serving as an associate professor at the School of International Business, Beijing Foreign Studies University. School.  He teaches operations management, and operations research. His research interest is inventory management and supply chain management. Now he is a visiting faculty in VCU.
